Paid Training

We understand it can be difficult to start or transition to a new company. All our new employees can be placed on an initial training pay plan. We want to make sure our new employees are focused on their training/skill development and not worried about potential financial burdens. Just another reason to join the Magic One team!

Performance Based Compensation

So many other companies restrict their employees pay structure with increasing production demands and a capped hourly wage. The employee is expected to produce at a certain rate but receives no incentive other than fear of hours cut or potential job loss should they fall short in every increasing production demand. With our performance-based compensation platform, our technicians earning potential is no longer capped or restricted. We feel that each of our technicians should see the results of their hard work directly in their paycheck. As our technician’s production increases, as does what they take home in compensation.

Employee Benefits

Magic One offers an array of benefits to our technicians. We want our people to have options in protection and investment for current and future peace of mind. Here are just a few of the benefits we offer:

  • Medical/Dental/Life Insurance
  • Vision Care
  • 401K
  • Paid Training
  • Paid Vacation/Holidays
  • Sick Days
  • Semi-Monthly Pay
  • Low Cost Company Apparel Program

A Career Path

It says right in our mission statement that we want to grow our people. It is important that all our new technicians see a career path in their future where they can grow within the Magic One team. From starting as a detailer, tinter or painter, our technicians who show great work ethic, consistency in quality and a positive attitude can advance into management positions. We always look first to promote within Magic One those with key qualities that we feel will make great managers as well as great leaders.
