Training Programs
All our technicians are trained for the specific skill(s) that are required in the division they will be applying our services. This ensures that our customers are receiving services second to none. Our comprehensive training program spans anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks of intensive hands on skill training with our professional instructors. Each student is then assessed out in the field within our Impact program. By continuing their training under the guidance of an Impact Team member, this aids in continuing their education, maintaining our processes, adhering to our quality standard and instilling self-confidence.

Our vision is to provide all team members with the highest level of support, career guidance and continuous technical training necessary for them to perfect their craft, form a dedication to quality and achieve excellence.
We are the next level of leadership, actively contributing to the company’s culture, investing in the development of people, while supporting the company’s Mission.
People are our business and we aim to add value to our customers, our team members and the communities we serve.
The Impact Training Program is a part of the overall training experience provided to all route technicians beginning a new career with Magic One. Once you have completed the hands-on technical training, you will participate in three weeks of field training with an Impact Trainer.
During these three weeks, you will learn Magic One policies, procedures and processes to successfully function in a route setting. Impact Trainers will assist in both technical enhancements, as well as, how to interact with our customers. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and we help you understand that taking care of our customers is our number one goal.

Upon completion of Impact Training our technicians are fully prepared to take on most anything in the field. They have the confidence and the know how to make an immediate IMPACT on their career. Even though the Impact Program is only three weeks, the relationship with an Impact Trainer continues throughout the technician’s career.
